Shipping policy

Because Sketch Commerce Live provides creative services and video production—not physical products—this Shipping & Product Delivery Policy is designed to clarify how product samples are handled before production.


1. We Do Not Ship Physical Products to Customers

Sketch Commerce Live does not sell or ship physical goods to customers through this website.
All purchases made on our Shopify store are for digital services, including:

  • Comedic video production

  • Performance ads

  • Brand collaborations

  • Live-selling content

  • Scriptwriting

  • Editing and creative services

No items will be shipped from Sketch Commerce Live to you.


2. Client Responsibility for Sending Products for Filming

If your project requires product demonstration or on-camera use, you are responsible for shipping your products to us.

This includes:

  • Product samples

  • Props

  • Packaging or inserts

  • Any brand materials needed for filming

3. Shipping Costs & Risk of Loss

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Sketch Commerce Live is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Packages delayed by carriers

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the client

  • Customs issues for international shipments

If a shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed, no refunds will be given, and production may be delayed until replacement units arrive.


4. When Products Must Arrive

To ensure we can complete your shoot on schedule:

Products must arrive at least 5 business days before your scheduled shoot date.

If products arrive late:

  • The project may be rescheduled based on our availability

  • Rush fees may apply, depending on the package

  • Refunds will not be provided


5. Quantity of Units Required

Unless otherwise stated on your project scope, we recommend sending:

  • 2–3 units of your product (for backups, retakes, or alternate angles)

  • Any props, accessories, packaging, or inserts that must appear on camera

If fewer units are sent and the product becomes unusable (e.g., spills, breaks during filming), reshoots will require additional units and may delay your project.


6. Product Condition

Products must arrive in shoot-ready condition:

  • New and unused

  • Clean and presentable

  • Fully functional

  • Charged (if electronic)

  • Properly labeled

If a product is damaged, defective, or unsuitable for filming, you will be required to send replacements. This may delay your production timeline.


7. Returning Product Samples

In most cases, product samples are not returned after filming because:

  • They may be opened, worn, or used on camera

  • They may be altered during production

  • Storage and shipping management requires additional labor

If you require product return, you must email us before sending your shipment to confirm feasibility.
Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the client.


8. International Clients

If shipping products internationally:

  • You are responsible for customs forms, duties, and taxes

  • Clearly mark items as “commercial samples”

  • Delays caused by customs do not qualify for refunds

  • Ship with tracking to avoid lost packages
